These direct mail pieces are the 2009/2010 versions of a marketing campaign for higher-end neighborhoods. Our client was looking for a style that would appeal to the demographic and stand out in the bulk of mail. These 8.5×11 postcards offer a unique size with large photographs of homes for sale and allow for longer listings of homes that have sold.
Printed on a coated stock, 12pt board, 4-color process.
