This book was published for use in Hillsborough County Public Schools, 4th grade students. If Our Hotel Could Talk is based on the perspective of the Tampa Bay Hotel, now known as the University of Tampa, it takes you through time to the earliest days of the hotel and introduces you to the man who built it, Henry B. Plant. Winner of the 2005 Florida Trust Award.
